To be honest the one map we believe that Furia could maybe cause an upset on is Anubis but right now we believe that FaZe are just in a much better form and that Furia eve nthough they managed to beat Fnatic 2:0 looking a bit shaky and it could very well have gone the other way if it wasn't for Fnatic more or less just playing it into Furia. So overall we don't really think that Furia played GREAT cs but pretty basic cs and it was rather Fnatic making mistake after mistake. Which is something we don't believe FaZe will end up doing in todays matchup.
As for the map veto we expect something similar to this:
Furia veto Overpass
FaZe veto Vertigo
Furia pick anubis
FaZe pick Inferno
Furia veto Ancient
FaZe veto Mirage
Decider - Nuke
So we believe that Furia will go for Anubis just like they did against Fnatic. Mainly because FaZe doesn't have the best record on it nor have they proven to be that good. Whereas on the other maps Furia could potentially go for are all great maps for FaZe. As for Inferno it's definitely a map that Furia can play and have proven that they're capable to cause upsets on. However we still reckon that FaZe are just the much better team and the gameplan they execute on a map such as Inferno is so much better whereas we believe it's pretty easy to read Furia as a team for Karrigan on a map such as Inferno. Knowing how Art normally goes aggressive and pushes through smokes/molotovs on banana. Always go for 3B on ct-side early on which is something we believe that FaZe can take advantage of. Now back to Anubis we just strongly believe that even though Furia is a very aggressive team and has potential to catch FaZe off-guard on a map such as Anubis we still reckon that FaZe are just in a much better form right now and should be capable of closing this out 2:0.
Which is why OUR betting prediction here will be:
- FaZe -1.5 Map Handicap (To Win 2:0) @2.12
- FaZe -3.5 Round Handicap MAP 2 @1.80
